Commentary by Gabriele Hauswand on our South India trip guided by Kavita Pippon in January 2015
"We arrived at Goa airport more than 12 hours late and were quite frustrated.
But then, from that moment - it became a fantastic holiday thanks to the excellent organization of our tour guide Kavita. From about 200km away she managed our welcome and taxi ride to our first lodging in Karnataka, Gokarna, the Namaste Yoga Farm.
A small, clean resort with a casual, friendly atmosphere. The beaches are gorgeous!
Thanks to Kavita's extensive experience in India and her numerous contacts, we had experiences that cannot be booked in this way, e.g. B. a beautiful mantra concert under the starry sky.
We got to know nice people from Kavita's environment who not only vacation in India, but also live and work there.
Our second leg took us away from the Hindus and towards the Christians in Goa.
The hotel was reminiscent of 1001 nights, offered every comfort and is run by an Indian, who takes great care of his guests.
The beach, the activities such as visiting the Saturday Night Market, shopping in Arambol, visiting very good restaurants, yoga classes with Alex - everything is worth the long journey.
Thank you Kavita and thank you Anne for this great time!"
