SERVICES INCLUDED: 10 days, overnight stay in a double room including breakfast,

(Single room surcharge 20€ per night). Yoga and Thai massage program with at least 2 hours of yoga per day. Inspirational lectures, kirtan singing, concert. All excursions include taxi rides to Paradise Beach and markets. Airport transfer in taxi from and to Goa airport.

 

WHAT'S IN ADDITION: Your return flight to Goa, yoga lessons with local teachers in Goa approx. 3.00 - 5.50 Euro per hour. Restaurant visits approx. 2.00 - 9.00 euros. Ayurvedic massages and therapies approx. 10.00 - 20.00 euros per treatment. You are welcome to extend your stay in the same resort on your own. We're happy to help.

 

ARRIVAL and DEPARTURE: You book your flight yourself from Germany. We are happy to help and give tips for booking. A very good search engine is www.kayak.de. In addition to a direct flight to Goa, you also have the option of booking a flight from Germany to Mumbai and then you can take a domestic flight from there to Goa. At the moment there are flights around 600€.

PAYMENT METHODS: Every online booking is binding on both sides. This means that you are entitled to a seat and we are entitled to the invoice amount due. After completing the online registration, you will receive the registration confirmation. We ask you to transfer the deposit of 350.00 euros to our account immediately after receipt of the registration. 

This payment of 350.00 euros is also the amount for the yoga seminar we teach on site. We are only allowed to issue an invoice for this. The balance is paid locally directly to the hotels for accommodation and meals and to the Indian tour guides for arranging excursions, taxi and train journeys . For the sake of simplicity, we can collect this amount for you upon arrival and forward it .

You will receive receipts for this from the Indian tour guides on request.

After receipt of the invoice amount and the travel confirmation (at least 6 participants) you can book your arrival and departure independently. In the unlikely event that we have to cancel the retreat, refund we of course all your payments that we have received up to that point. We are not liable for any flight or other expenses incurred for you .

In the event of a WITHDRAWAL from the trip, the following conditions apply:

- Cancellation up to 90 days before the start of the retreat: 100% refund of the travel price, minus the deposit.

- Cancellation 60 to 89 days before the start of the retreat: 50% refund of the travel price, less the deposit.

- Cancellation 59 to 0 days before the start of the retreat: no refund.

We recommend travel cancellation insurance. The participant is responsible for taking care of valid and complete travel documents (visa, passport). We assume no liability or responsibility for cancellations, delays, losses due to attacks, wars, natural disasters, accidents or other acts of God. The participant confirms his physical and mental health and personal responsibility during the trip. For damage that the participant inflicts on himself, others or objects, he is solely liable. We assume no liability for the loss of or damage to personal belongings of participants. The organizers are exempt from any liability claims, as they do not act as tour operators, but only as seminar leaders.

For reasons of applicable German tax law, we  do not appear as tour operators, but as seminar providers .
