Gokarna

We immerse ourselves in the relaxed beach life of Gokarna and make our first acquaintance with Indian rituals and temples. Gokarna is a quiet Hindu town and gives you a gentle introduction to Indian culture. We get to know Shiva and Co, take part in a puja, hike to the healing spring of a temple and discover Gokarna's beautiful beaches. OM Beach has the shape of the sacred Sanskrit syllable with its bays and is therefore also very popular with Indian tourists. Other beaches enchant with their names "Paradise" and "Half Moon Beach" and are either lonely and sleepy or spoil you with Indian restaurants, Ayurveda offers and at sunset with guitar music and singing.

The Namaste Yoga Farm is run by a German - Spanish couple and offers us both in-house Iyengar Yoga and the opportunity to teach our own yoga. You can come to your yoga class at least twice a day if requested. In addition, Gokarna itself also offers yoga offers that you can take advantage of individually. In the dreamy green garden of the farm you will find peace and a shady spot in the hammock. The Namaste Farm is located just above Kuddle Beach, so you can enjoy the feeling of privacy and seclusion, but also reach the beach in a few minutes on the beautiful footpath.
