Anne Wuchold

Anne's yoga is influenced by the precise alignment of Iyengar, the integral style of Swami Sivananda, and the flows of Kali Ray's Triyoga. Her lessons are always hands on and complemented by elements from the Thai massage and the meridians of Chinese medicine for a clearer awareness even outside the yoga mat.

Trained in the Iyengar and Sivananda' s style, she lives and teaches in India and Germany and leads tour groups throughout Asia and Europe.

Through her strong interest in healing and becoming whole, she is intensively involved with the Shat Kriyas and trained in 2008 as a yoga therapist in Kerala, India. She then worked in a clinic for naturopathy in Tamil Nadu.

In Chiang Mai, Thailand, she learned from Thai massage masters such as Ajarn Sinchai, Lek Chayia, Pi Jem, and Pijat, and continues to teach this eastern knowledge of Thai massage and yoga in Germany.

Since 2012 she has completed training as a shiatsu therapist.

FEEDBACK UNSERER TEILNEHMERIN ASTRID

INDIEN MÄRZ 2015

Liebe Anne, lieber Remo,

Danke!

Namaste! Hari Om!
